Located opposite the train station in a fully renovated building, this large, newly refurbished, air-conditioned two-room apartment on the ground floor is sure to delight you. You can park your vehicle in the private car park of the residence. The exceptional brightness of this apartment, coupled with its large, south-facing 20 m² terrace, makes it a very pleasant, quiet and warm place to live.
It comprises a living room, a fully equipped, separate kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. The bright, contemporary living room has an extendable table, four comfortable chairs and a sofa bed. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with high-quality bedding. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower (120x80 cm) and a separate toilet with a washing machine. You can relax on the 20 m² terrace, which is equipped with a table and outdoor furniture. Cleaning services are included in the rental price, and the beds will be made and towels provided for the number of people indicated. Breakfast provisions include coffee (Nespresso machine), tea, sugar and condiments for cooking. Wi-Fi (fibre) is available throughout the property and the password is written on the box.
Large supermarkets (Carrefour, Action, Marie Blachère and Provenc'Halles) are less than a 5-minute walk away. There is a flea market and a market in Bédarieux every Monday and in Lamalou every Tuesday.

The presentation of this property is excellent. The inclusions surpass expectations in both quantity and quality. It is obvious that a great deal of thought has gone into equipping this apartment. Located opposite the railway station, it affords convenient access to bus and train. My wife and I very much enjoyed staying here and recommend it.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans l’appartement de Gauthier.L’appartement est super propre, très bien équipé… et très bien situé ( proche de tout commerces ) endroit très calme pour se reposer….avec une bien jolie terrasse ce qui est un + Gauthier est un hôte merveilleux et très accueillant …Par rapport à nos attentes il a su nous conseiller et nous programmer notre week-end et grâce à lui nous avons passés de très bons moments… les promenades étaient tout simplement des lieux magnifiques…un dépaysement total….Nous y retournerons prochainement car il y a encore beaucoup à voir 😊Le retour par votre itinéraire conseillé fut splendide … on s’en est mis plein les yeux.
